Darin J. Pauls, CPA

CEO and Founder

Darin Pauls is the CEO and founder of Beratung, LLC. He has extensive experience in Strategic Planning, software and systems implementation, infrastructure analysis and design, and has assisted numerous clients in operations analysis, organizational review, and strategic planning efforts. Darin has worked extensively with various types of ERP, CRM and business management systems, and has implemented Enterprise Automation for many small to large companies.

Darin possesses ten plus years of experience in developing and implementing technology and operations strategy for a broad spectrum of organizations. This experience includes the integration of enterprise solutions, enterprise reporting solutions, and architecting advanced custom financial and automation software.

Darin is a CPA with over ten years of technical consulting experience in management, operations and technology experience. That mix of experience has proven to be a rare and widely sought after offering taken Darin into a broad range of industries. Darin's work has been the subject of numerous industry case studies. These studies showcase his ability to help organizations grow exponentially and manage change by scaling their operations and systems while obtaining the highest level of efficiency.

Prior to founding Beratung, Darin was Director of Consulting Services for a national accounting firm. As Director, Darin's major responsibilities, above managing the Midwest region, were in strategy development, client needs analysis, engagement management, and software vendor relations. Prior to that Darin was Chief Information Officer of an Internet retailer and importer where he designed and implemented the organizations strategy, technology, controls and operations from the inception of the company. He designed and implemented integrated systems, processes, and operations that increased efficiency and accuracy, that were later adopted by other organizations. He has traveled to international locations such as Antigua where he implemented warehousing technologies for the government, and helped them to redesign their operations and controls.
